30 Days Free-Reason Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may apply for a full refund within 30 days from the date of receipt if the products are still in good condition.

The products are in good condition

Good condition means that the product still maintains the original quality and function, and the product itself, accessories (attachment), trademark identification, and instruction manual are all in readiness. Consumers who open the product packaging based on inspection needs or conduct reasonable debugging to confirm the quality and function of the product will not affect the integrity of the product. If the product is used overstep the needs of inspection and confirmation of the quality and function, which causes a large depreciation of the value of the product, the product is regarded as incomplete.

The product is not in good condition.

Products with significant signs of use, wearing, scratches are not applicable for a 30-day return without reason.

Shipping instructions

During the 30-day no-reason refund period, the buyer needs to pay for the shipping expense.

Process

  1. Contact the customer service team (support@emeet.com)to send product photos/videos. Then we know that the quality of the returned product is in good condition and applies the unreasonable return policy.
  2. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours.
  3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  4. Please send the package within seven days according to the content in "Return Instructions"
  5. Once we receive and check that your package is in good condition, you will get a full refund of the order.
  6. Please note that if the package fails the inspection part, you may not get a full refund.
  7. The refund will be processed within 5 working days.

- Returns must include all accessories;

- Items must include original packaging;

- It must not have any installation marks or use signs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
