EMEET Launches New USB Conference Speaker For Video Meetings

Now that so many of us are making VoIP calls and video conferences on our laptops and desktop computers, many of us are beginning to notice that the speakers built into the average laptop aren’t loud enough to hear calls clearly, especially in a meeting room where there are more several people taking part in a call.

This budget-friendly conference speaker is portable and includes full-duplex communication for more natural conversations. It also has a 360-degree voice pick-up for larger meetings where more people need to be heard. The OfficeCore M1A doesn’t run on battery power but relies instead on the power supplied by a computer’s USB port.

The EMEET OfficeCore M1A’s two omnidirectional microphones can automatically pick up voices from almost any direction and the full-duplex technology produces a much more natural, two-way conversation style, similar to a face-to-face meeting.

The OfficeCore M1A measures just 4.4 inches in diameter and is just 1.4 inches thick. It’s small enough to slip into a backpack and is compatible with a wide range of video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype and Google Meet. Thanks to advanced noise-reduction technology and echo-canceling algorithms, background noises can be largely eliminated during calls, enhancing voice clarity and intelligibility.
