2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily
When using EMEETLINK, we recommend that you create an account so that we can better provide services to you. You will need to provide (1) an email address or phone number as your account, and create (2) a password. If you choose not to create an account, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of EMEETLINK.
2.2 Information We Obtain When You Use Our Services
- Sensitive Personal Information
To provide the voice transcription function (including speech recognition, speech-to-text, audio organization, etc.), we need to collect voice information generated during your voice interaction with EMEETLINK or other audio content you provide. This information may contain Sensitive Personal Information, but it is essential for providing the voice transcription function. You may choose not to provide it, but if you do, you may not be able to use the relevant functions normally.
- Device Information
To help you use, control, and manage added EMEET Products via EMEETLINK, we need to collect relevant product information, such as device name, device model, device identification code, operating system and application version, language settings, resolution, Service Provider Network ID (PLMN), etc.
- Location Information
When you use our products, we record your IP address to ensure the normal operation of network connection services. Additionally, to provide you with complete services, we need to obtain your location permission to use BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) functionality. We use this information solely and strictly within the necessary scope for the purposes stated above and will not use your location information in the background.
- Log Information
When you use EMEET products and services, we may collect information related to device events (e.g., crashes, system activity, etc.), software information, and your activities within the client to maintain the stable and secure operation of our products and services. We store this information in server logs and use it to analyze trends and manage our software.
- Crash Reports
To ensure you receive a consistently good experience while using our products, we need to promptly identify and resolve operational issues. Therefore, we will use Tencent Bugly to collect crash reports regarding EMEETLINK. We utilize this information to continuously optimize our products and services.
- Cookies
A Cookie is a neutral technology that allows a website server to store data on a client or retrieve data from it. We may place secure cookies, identifiers, and related technologies to collect your information—such as retaining your preference settings—to provide you with a better user experience and services. Any information collected by us will only be used in aggregate form and does not contain Personal Information. By using our services, you consent to our conducting the aforementioned activities. To ensure the stable operation of EMEETLINK and to realize the aforementioned functions, we may integrate Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by third parties. We exercise due diligence by conducting rigorous security assessments on the software tools and SDKs used by our partners to safeguard data security.The third-party SDKs we integrate are primarily designed to meet the needs of you and other users. Therefore, to accommodate new service requirements and changes in business functionalities, we may adjust the third-party SDKs we integrate. We will promptly notify you of the incident via email, SMS, in-app notifications, or other appropriate means.
