How to turn on/off the device?
Once the cable is connected to your mobile phone or computer, the device is ready to use. When it's not in use, you just need to unplug the cable from your mobile phone or computer. No need to turn it on/off manually.
Can I connect the EMEET HS20 to mobile phones or tablets?
Yes, if your mobile device has a 3.5mm Jack, then you can connect the EMEET HS20 to your mobile phones or tablets.
How to connect the device?
USB connection
Connect the HS20 to your mobile phone or computer by using the 3.5mm Jack or the USB-A cable.
How to use the device to play music?
1. Button display
2. Adjust the volume
Short press the "+"/"-" button of the in-line control to increase or decrease the volume of the device.
Every time you press the "+"/"-" button, the volume number will increase/decrease by 2%.
How to mute the microphone of the device?
Short press the mute button on the in-line control. When the light turns red, the microphone is muted. Unmute it by pressing this button again.
How to mute the speaker?
Short press the speaker button on the in-line control. When the light turns red, the speaker is muted. Unmute it by pressing this button again.
Which operating system is HS20 compatible with?
The HS20 is compatible with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10, Mac OS/Mobile devices and it works with common calling applications across almost all platforms.
How to set up my device on the Mac system?
Select System Preference > Sound
1. Setting default microphone
Under the sound tab, click Input, and then select EMEET HS20 as the default microphone.
2. Setting default speaker
Under the sound tab, click Output, and then select EMEET HS20 as the default speaker.
How to set up my device on the Windows system?
Connect your device to the computer first.

Right click the 🔈 from the lower right corner of the computer, then open sound setting
Testing your EMEET HS20 speaker on your computer
1. select EMEET HS20 as the output device.
2. Just simply play music or video on any website or software.
3. Then you can hear the sound coming from EMEET HS20.
Testing your EMEET HS20 microphone on your computer
1. select EMEET HS20 as the input device.
2. Tap the device or say something.
3. Then you can see the volume bar fluctuates.
How to adjust the headband?
The headband of the EMEET HS20 is retractable. You can adjust the headband to better fit your head by adjusting the extension rod.
How to adjust the mic boom?
The microphone boom angle of the EMEET HS20 is 270°. You can tuck the mic boom upward when not in use by simply lifting it up.
How to fold the headset?
The EMEET HS20 has a folding design and the earcups can be folded inside. You can simply grab the earcup and fold them to the inside of the headband.
