What if the camera is not recognized by third-party software?

1. Other programs occupied: Close all other programs that may occupy camera resources, including video software running in the background, virtual camera software, etc., and then reopen the third-party software.

2. Permission settings: Check the relevant permission settings in the operating system. For Windows, go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Camera" to ensure that third-party software is allowed to access the camera. For Macs, confirm the permissions for the software in "System Preferences" > "Security & Privacy" > "Camera".

3. Software settings:Confirm the camera settings of the third-party software. Open the settings or options menu of the software, find the settings related to the camera, and select the correct camera device.

What if cameras are not recognized?

Connectivity: Please check if the USB connection is correct. Try reconnecting the camera.

Driver conflict: Drivers for other devices on your computer may conflict with the camera driver. Check the device for yellow exclamation marks or question marks in Device Manager, try to uninstall the driver, and then reinstall the camera driver.

What if the autofocus speed is slow during use?

Ensure sufficient lighting: In a low-light environment, the camera focusing system may have difficulty finding the right focus point, resulting in slower focusing speed.

Avoid excessive similarity between the subject and the background: Similarity between the subject and the background will lead to slower focusing speed because the camera needs to determine the focus repeatedly. Adjust the camera angle or change the background to make the subject clearly distinguishable from the background.

Check lens cleanliness: Dust or dirt may affect focusing performance. Clean the lens regularly to ensure it's clean and free of stains.
