3. How to turn on/off EMEET M0?

The device will automatically turn on when connecting to a computer by using a USB cable.

When the USB cable is disconnected, it will automatically turn off.

4. How to connect EMEET M0?

USB connection

Connect the M0 to your computer by using a USB-C cable, and it will automatically turn on.

AUX OUT Connection

You can connect it to an external speaker via using a 3.5mm audio cable.

Note: When connecting to an external speaker, the M0 is used as a microphone and the SoundBox as a speaker.

5. How to increase/decrease the volume of EMEET M0

Short press the "+" / "-" button of the device to increase/decrease the volume of the device.
There are 10 sections of the volume. Every time you press the "+" button, the volume number will increase 10. Until press 10 times, it will up to the max volume.

Also, the device has a status LED to remind you.

6. How to mute EMEET M0?

Mute microphone

Short press the mute microphone button to mute/unmute the EMEET USB Speaker Microphone M0.
Just one-click to mute the microphone, no need to click the computer interface via mouse.
And when the mute function is turned on, there will be a red indicator.

Mute speaker

Short press the mute speaker button to mute/unmute the EMEET M0.
Just one-click to mute the speaker, no need to press the volume button more than once.
And when the mute function is turned on, there will be a red indicator.

7. How to use the call button of EMEET M0?

This function can be used on Skype for business when the device is connected to your computer.

Short press to answer and hang up calls.
Long press to reject calls.

8. How to check the device's power? How to charge the device?

The M0 does not have a built-in battery, it is plug and play.

When you want to use it, just plug the USB-C cable into the computer. There is no need to worry about device power.

9. How to use the DOA light function of the device?

(1) What is DOA?

DOA: direction of arrival. The DOA light indicates the orientation of sounds to achieve human-computer interaction.

(2) How to turn it on/off?

Download and install the EMEET PC tool EMEETLINK.
Connect the device to the computer via a USB cable.
Open the EMEETLINK software to enter the device settings interface.
Check/uncheck the button to enable/disable the DOA indicator.

11. How many participants can be supported?

The full-duplex conference speaker featuring 360 voice pickup and 4 smart Microphones array make the EMEET M0 suitable for groups of up to 5 participants.

12. How to set up my M0 on the Mac system?

Select System Preferences > Sound

Set Default Microphone

Click "Input" under the Sound tab, and then select EMEET M0 as the default microphone device.

Setting Default Microphone

Click "Output" under the Sound tab, and then select EMEET M0 as the default speaker device.

13. How to set up my M0 on the Windows system?

Connect your device to the computer at first.

Right-click the icon from the lower right corner of the computer, then click "Open Sound Settings".

(1) Test the speaker of EMEET M0 on your computer

Select EMEET M0 as the output device.

Just simply play music or video on any website or software.

Then you can hear the sound coming from EMEET M0.

(2) Test the microphone of EMEET M0 on your computer

Select EMEET M0 as the input device.

Tap the device or say something.

Then you can see the volume bar fluctuates.

14. How to set my M0 as default

Search for "Control panel" in the lower-left corner, open the control panel, and select "Hardware and Sound".

Click "Hardware and Sound", then select "Manage audio devices" in sound.

Set M0 as the default microphone.

Click the Recording tab on the top of the displayed setup window.
Under the Recording tab, select EMEET M0, and then click the Set Default button.
Click "OK" to save your changes.

Adjust the microphone volume

Double click the microphone "eMeet M0" and click "Levels".
Drag the slider to the volume level you want, and click "OK" to save the changes.

Set M0 as the default speaker

Click the Playback tab on the top of the displayed setup window.
Under the Playback tab, select EMEET M0, and then click the Set Default button.
Click "OK" to save your changes.

15. How to start a meeting on Zoom

After connecting your EMEET M0 to the computer, you can start your meeting in Zoom with the following steps.

Click the upper-right settings icon

Select the "Audio" option, then set the microphone and speaker to Echo cancellation speakerphone EMEET M0.

16. How to start a meeting on Skype?

After connecting your EMEET M0 to the computer, you can start your meeting on Skype with the following steps.

Click the settings icon.

Select the "Audio & Video" option, then set the microphone and speaker to Echo cancellation speakerphone EMEET M0.

17. How to start a meeting on Skype for Business?

After connecting your EMEET M0 to the computer, you can start your meeting on Skype for Business as the following steps.

Click the audio device settings to enter the setting interface.

Select the "Audio Device" option, set the microphone and speaker to Echo cancellation speakerphone EMEET M0.

18. How to start a meeting on Microsoft Teams?

In the Microsoft Teams main window, click your profile picture in the top right of the window then select Device Settings from the drop-down menu.

Choose EMEET M0 as your Audio devices (Speaker & Microphone).
