1. General Terms
By participating in the EMEET Referral Program, you are subject to EMEET's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and these specific terms of this program.
2. Overview
The Referral Program allows EMEET members to earn rewards by inviting friends or family to join or make a purchase at EMEET.
3. Steps to Earn Rewards
- Referrers access the referral page and log in to their EMEET account.
- Share their unique referral link with friends or family.
- Referees earn an 15% coupon upon successful signing up.
- Referrers earn a 10% coupon when their referrals make a purchase within 30 days.
4. Eligibility
Referrers: Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) and registered as a EMEET member.
Referees: Must also be 18+ to qualify. Both parties must sign in to their EMEET accounts.
5. Referred Customer Requirements
A Referee must access EMEET through the Referrer's unique referral link and not have a pre-existing EMEET account. Self-referrals (e.g., using multiple emails) are prohibited.
6. Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral occurs when a Referred Customer completes their first-time sign-up on the same regional EMEET website as the Referrer. Only the first successful sign-up counts.
7. Qualified Purchase Referral
A Qualified Purchase Referral is the Referee's first purchase made within 30 days of signing up, and no refund within 30 days of purchase. The transaction must also be within the same regional site as the Referrer.
8. Referrer Rewards
For each successful sign-up referral, Referrers a 10% coupon if the Referee makes first purchase within 30 days.
9. Referee Rewards
Upon signing up through a referral link, Referees receive an 15% discount coupon.
10. Use of Coupons
Coupons are only redeemable on the same regional EMEET site and cannot be converted to cash or bucks.
11. Reward Validity
Referral coupons are valid for 45 days.
12. Referral Link Usage
Referral links must be shared by the Referrer only. Repeat or additional purchases by the same Referee are not eligible for further rewards.
13. Referral Link Restrictions
Referral links shared through unauthorized sources, such as third-party websites, will not qualify.
14. Shared IP or Device Policy
If the Referrer and Referee share an IP address or device, only the Referee may receive rewards. EMEET reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in unfair practices.
15. Discount Limitations
Referral discounts cannot be combined with other EMEET offers or special sales.
16. Legal Compliance
Referrers must comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Directive.
17. Anti-Spam Policy
Unsolicited sharing of referral links that may be considered spam is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
18. Disqualification for Misconduct
EMEET reserves the right to disqualify participants using improper means to participate in the program and may pursue legal action.
19. Account Termination
EMEET reserves the right to terminate accounts of Referrers or Referees who violate the Referral Program Terms.
20. Program Changes and Termination
EMEET reserves the right to terminate the Referral Program or modify the terms and conditions at any time. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited if the program ends.
21. Final Interpretation
