How to mute the microphone of the device?

Please short press the mute microphone button to mute/unmute the EMEET USB Speakerphone M1A.

Just one click to mute the microphone, no need to click the computer interface via mouse.

And when the mute function is turned on, there will be a red indicator.

How to check the device's power?

The M1A does not have a built-in battery, it is plug-and-play.

Great little instant conference phone

This is in my travel kit and has been used a few times. It connects to my phone and computer very easily. May require some settings adjusting from the computer, but simple if you know what to look for or use the search feature.
Sound quality and loudness is decent for the price range. It can hear a moderate sized room, but does pick up wind if used outside. You cannot power this device and your phone without an intermediary hub or other connection, nor can you use a USB-C to headphone/microphone adapter; or if you can, I haven't gotten it to work yet. However, it works equally well with USB-A and USB-C connections, and on USB hubs/docking stations.
Overall I would recommend it if you have to set up impromptu conferences routinely and/or in places outside of the office.

Game changer!

Easy to use and makes my screen share calls much easier to hear and be heard. I recommended to my entire team! If you work remotely this is a must have!

Does the job

Works as advertised and easy to set up. I'm hearing impaired, so I wish the volume would go a bit higher, but for people with normal hearing, this wouldn't be a problem at all. Nice product overall.

Great for conference calls

I ordered this for work, as my Tablet has poor audio. I have been using it for several weeks and it is worth every penny. I had a conference call the other week and the person on the other end sounded like they were in the same room with us! I did have one time, like other reviews, where I had to unplug the USB and plug it back in to make it work for a MSTeams call. But it has been working on those calls every time except that once. It is plug and play every time since! It works great on Zoom calls as well. I highly recommend it and would buy it again!
