1. Can I cancel my order?

Before you receive the shipment notification email, please contact support@emeet.com. And we will try to cancel the order for you.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If the parcel has already shipped out, the order can not be canceled directly.
We will try to stop the delivery, or you just refuse the parcel. After the parcel is returned to our site, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Kindly remind, the actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.

2. What is your Return&Refund Policy?

(1) 30 DAYS FREE-REASON RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 30 days from the date that you receive the package, you can apply for a full refund.

  • Please tell us your order number in email.
  • Items need to be in good condition without any installation marks or signs of use.
  • Items maintain the original quality and function.
  • Items need to include all accessories and original packaging.
Note: For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.

(2) 7 DAYS DOA RETURN POLICY

If you receive damaged, different, or nonfunctional items, you can return them for an exchange or a full refund within 5 days that you receive the package.

  • Please send an email to support@emeet.com, and clearly address the issue with the pictures/video. The picture of the entire package is also required.
  • All returned items need to be in original condition without any installation marks or signs of use and need to be sealed in the original packaging.
  • The return shipping cost will be covered by EMEET.

3. How can I process the return&refund?

Just refer to the steps below to process your return & refund.

  • Email support@emeet.com about the detailed reason for returning. Also, please provide your order number and shipping address.
  • We will get back to you within 24 hours to learn more details.
  • Once the return & refund application is approved, just send the parcel back according to the guide of email. 
  • Once we receive the returned items and complete the inspection, we will start to refund you immediately. 

4. When will I receive my refund?

After receiving the returning parcel, we will take a few days to complete the inspection.

The refund will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification email when it's stated. The actual time when you receive the refund depends on the processing speed of the bank.
