Important Notice about eMeet Note’s Shutdown

Dear eMeet Note Users,

Thank you for your support and trust in eMeet Note all this time. We are honored to have been with you in the past. Due to our business adjustments and optimizations, we regret to inform you that eMeet Note will officially cease operations on April 30, 2024. Here are the details regarding the shutdown:

• Service Termination: Starting April 30, 2024, eMeet Note will stop providing all services, including but not limited to user registration and login, audio upload, real-time transcription, etc.
• Self-Download: Please log in to https://portal.emeet.ai/ before April 30, 2024, and download, store, and backup your relevant files and data in your eMeet Note account according to the instructions provided. Failure to do so will be deemed as your active waiver.
• Data Deletion: After eMeet Note ceases operations, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or agreements between eMeet Note and you, all your account data, including user information, recharge amount, storage space, transcription duration, etc., will be deleted permanently. We will not retain any of your information or data.
• Refund Policy: If you have any recharge rights and interests that have not been used, please contact us at Service@emeet.ai for processing before April 30, 2024. Requests received after this date will not be accepted. If you fail to contact us within the specified period, you will be deemed to have waived the above rights and interests.
